Leah Kayle, CPC and CEO has over two decades in the employment/recruitment industry. A Certified Personnel consultant (CPC) since 1974, she has also served as a member of the ISA Board of Directors since 1984 as well as Illinois Staffing Association(ISA) president in 1990. In 1995, Ms. Kayle was presented the prestigious Lincoln Award by the state of Illinois and the ISA.

Ms. Kayle is a member of the Northern Illinois Society of HR Managers, (NISHRM) , several Chambers of Commerce and holds a corporate membership with the Mainstreet of Libertyville. Channel 5 and 7 have featured Ms. Kayle as an Employment Professional and many talk radio hosts have called upon her to share her expertise. This knowledge and wisdom has guided her organization in maintaining it’s position on the cutting edge of the placement industry.
